What is a mastermind like?
A mastermind at The Founders Table is a virtual structured gathering of people with shared goals who come together to give and receive honest feedback, fresh perspectives, and mutual accountability.
It’s not a class. It’s not a webinar.
It’s a collaborative space where each voice matters — and each idea gets sharpened through conversation.
At The Founders Table, our mastermind sessions are designed to help entrepreneurs and creatives get clarity, test ideas, and take action — even when the idea is still raw. We believe you don’t need to be ready. You just need to show up.
At each event, we ask members to bring either a small meal, drink or a picture of a meal or drink that they recently consumed (made at home) that was new for you. We do this to develop a spirit a creativity among members.

Must I have a business up and running to attend masterminds?
No. You can use this space to help you figure out your next steps and get insight.

Why do participants have to bring a new meal or drink to sessions?
Food and drink is the lubrication of relationships. Business is about building and maintaining relationships. We use food to build community and to maintain a spirit of creation and friendly competition among mastermind participants. If you don't have time to prepare something, bring a picture instead and be ready to talk about it.
How can I get value out of the event?
Arrive on time for your event and be open about what you're up to. Be open to feedback. Be open to trying something different in the service of your future.
Do I need to share during the mastermind?
The purpose of a mastermind is for the collective to share and create. Share as much as your comfortable with about your business/startup. You are your best marketer for your ideas.
What is gestalt of the gathering?
The gestalt of the gathering is problem solving focused. The goal to get feedback on your business ideas and plans in a supportive space.
How much is a membership?
